• Is adequate sleep not cutting it?

    So, you are getting your 7-8 hours of sleep. However, you are still tired. What gives!? There, are multiple reasons that you might be tired even if you get adequate sleep each night.

    Physical and mental health concerns are the more obvious reasons you might not be feeling rested during the day. It is important to make sure you are getting your vitamins. I always ask my clients who are depressed and fatigued about their vitamins, especially Iron and Vitamin D.  However, sometimes we rule out physical concerns, and we are still tired. If that is the case, it might be worth thinking about the kinds of rest that you get.
