    Job Opportunity: Therapist at Compassionate Voice Counseling in Greensboro, NC

    We are expanding! Compassionate Voice Counseling, a group practice committed to kindness, community, and sustainable workplace practices, is looking for a full-time therapist passionate about working with people experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue or workplace trauma.

    Position Details:

    – Caseload: 15-25 clients

    – Employment Options: Contract or Employee

    – Location Options: Remote or Hybrid (if in Greensboro)

    – Pay Range: $3600-5880month based on factors such as experience, full or associate licensure, office space, supervision needs, insurance rates, and self-pay rate choices, etc.

    Qualifications:

    – Full or associate licensure in counseling or social work is required. In-house supervision offered for Social Work licensed clinicians.

    – Experienced in meditation and an interest in helping others become self-compassionate with a focus on addressing burnout and secondary trauma is essential.

    – Commitment to working in a practice that actively recognizes and works against all forms of oppression.

    We currently provide:

    • A paperless practice with a user-friendly Electronic Health Record System & A Secure Telehealth Platform
    • Marketing & Scheduling
    • Credentialing & Billing
    • Office space if you are in Greensboro, NC
    • Control of your schedule
