I know how overwhelming it can feel to constantly give your time, energy, and care to others, only to realize there’s little left for yourself. Self-care might seem like a distant goal or even just another item on your endless to-do list. But here’s the truth: you deserve to feel whole, supported, and at ease in your own life.

I specialize in working with professionals, parents, high-functioning women, and caregivers who are navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, and the challenges of finding balance. Together, we’ll take meaningful, manageable steps toward healing, joy, and fulfillment. Whether you’re overwhelmed by life’s demands, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure where to start, I’m here to help you find clarity and relief.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and certified Expressive Arts Therapist, I take a creative, holistic, and practical approach to therapy. My background as an Emotion Code Practitioner and mindfulness advocate since 2011 also helps me guide clients toward self-awareness, emotional regulation, and deeper self-compassion.

I’ve walked this path myself—learning to set boundaries, stay present, and process life’s struggles without being consumed by them. Healing takes work, but it does get easier. Over time, it becomes less about perfection and more about progress, freedom, and growth. I know how powerful these shifts can be, and I want that for you, too.

In my practice, I believe in tackling tough issues with authenticity, humor, and humanity. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—sometimes, it’s about finding joy in the process and laughing along the way.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward reclaiming your energy, finding balance, and waking up to more contentment and joy, let’s connect. Reach out today, and let’s uncover the small shifts that can lead to big changes in your life.
