Groups at Compassionate Voice Counseling
Healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
At Compassionate Voice, we believe in the power of community—especially for those who are used to holding it all together. Our therapy, skills, meditation and support groups are designed to offer a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel seen in a room full of people who just get it.
Our groups are grounded in the same values that shape our individual therapy work: anti-oppression, trauma-informed care, and deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you’re navigating burnout, identity exploration, neurodivergence or you just need a space and community to connect, learn and grow you’re welcome here.

Wednesdays | 6–8 PM | Online | Fall 2025
This 8-week virtual group is a space to build mindfulness and self-compassion skills in community. Designed for caregivers, helping professionals, and those who feel like the “glue” in their relationships, this group helps you learn how to soften your inner critic, hold difficult emotions with care, and reclaim your right to rest.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. All identities and bodies are welcome. Neurodivergence is considered.

Please note: This is a meditation-based skills group and is not a replacement for therapy. While we may briefly share reflections, the focus is on learning practices that complement your existing therapy or meditation practice.
