    I am in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.

    I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. However, you may still be eligible for benefits to help cover the cost of your sessions.     Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-patient/mental health/psychotherapy services.

    I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Is Sabrina Basquez at Compassionate Voice Counseling & Consulting, PLLC in network for me? If not, what is my out of network benefit and what is the deductible?

    I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa as form of payment at the time of service. A card number will be requested to be kept on file for future payments.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Your insurance will not cover cancelation fees.
