Sabrina Basquez, MSW, LCSW – Therapist, Consultant, and Clinical Supervisor

I specialize in working with professionals and adult students navigating burnout, secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and the emotional toll of high-demand work or study. Many of my clients are high-achievers, perfectionists, or deeply empathic people who struggle with people-pleasing—often putting others’ needs first while quietly battling anxiety, ADHD, trauma, low self-worth, or mood symptoms.

I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. As someone who lives with ADHD and complex PTSD, I understand how these challenges can impact your energy, boundaries, relationships, and the way you move through the world. I know what it’s like to work hard, mask your struggles, and still feel like it’s never enough. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to perform. You can bring your full self—no masking, no perfectionism, just healing.

My clinical style integrates Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindful Hypnosis, and Mindful Self-Compassion. I also draw from Buddhist Psychology, informed by 20 years of meditation with ADHD and three months of intensive meditation study in a monastery in Bodh Gaya, India. My work is trauma-responsive, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in the nervous system’s wisdom.

If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, overwhelm, or self-sacrifice, know that change is possible. You can create boundaries that feel kind, not punishing, and learn to treat yourself with the same care you offer others. I’d be honored to support you in reclaiming your energy, your voice, and your joy.
