This 8-week group is a space to slow down, connect in community, and build practical self-compassion with trauma informed mindfulness tools.
This if for for caregivers, helping professionals, and people pleasers who are always holding it together for everyone else but need to work on holding space for themselves.
You’ll learn:
- The basics of trauma & neurodivergent-informed mindfulness
- To replace your inner critic with a kinder inner voice
- To Stay present with and soothe difficult emotions
- To build a sustainable point of view on compassion
- To show up for yourself
Open to those committed to maintaining a safe, affirming space for queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent participants.
Facilitated by Sabrina Basquez, LCSW, an ADHD meditation practitioner with 24+ years of experience in multiple meditation traditions and education in Buddhist psychology.
